Guided ride of the Pleasant Valley trail system.

Ride Details
Check-in starts at 7:30 AM
Ride starts at 9:00 AM
Family event with group rides for all abilities.
The traditional TDV is typically 30-35 miles of single track and ~5,000 of climbing. Requires 5-6+ hours of riding.
Some water and sports drinks will be provided at aid stations along the TDV route. Please come prepared with your own food for the ride.
Registration Details
Please make sure your VMBA-BRMBC membership is up to date BEFORE you register. You must be a primary or add-on member of BRMBC to get the discount rate.
Early registration for BRMBC members is now open July 1st - 14th.
Registration for non members is open July 15th - August 1st.

Parking
Lower field at 569 Irish Settlement Rd in Underhill. Follow the parking signs! The food trucks and registration tent will take up all the space up top this year. NO PARKING AT THE HIGHER FIELD!
Rain Cancellation Policy
Brewster River Mountain Bike Club (BRMBC) Tour de Valley Mountain Bike Festival
We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants while preserving the integrity of our trails and property. As such, we have implemented the following rain cancellation policy for this year's Tour de Valley:
1. Decision Criteria
The event will be cancelled if the organizers determine there is an excessive amount of rain that could potentially:

A final decision on whether the event will proceed or be cancelled due to rain will be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. The decision will be based on the latest weather forecasts and trail conditions.
Notification and Compensation
3. Notification
Participants will be notified of the cancellation decision via email and a notification will be posted on the BRMBC website and social media channels.
4. Event T-Shirt
Even if the event is cancelled, all registered participants will still receive their official Tour de Valley event t-shirt. Instructions for collecting or receiving the t-shirt will be provided in the cancellation notification.
5. Credit for Next Year's Event
In the event of a cancellation, participants will receive a $25 credit towards registration for next year's Tour de Valley Mountain Bike Festival. Details on how to redeem this credit will be included in the cancellation notification.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our primary goal is to ensure the safety of all participants and to maintain the quality of our trails for future use.
